The apartment is entirely on the ground floor and includes a living room with TV, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table. Outside, the private veranda offers a pleasant space to sit, relax and enjoy summer days. The laundry area makes the property convenient also for longer stays.
Guests have exclusive use of the ground-floor apartment, the private veranda, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and laundry area. The entrance gate is shared with the other unit in the property, while the apartment’s outdoor areas are dedicated to guests.
The host and co-host are available before and during the stay for assistance, house information and useful tips about beaches, restaurants, services and nearby places to visit.
The house is approximately 40 metres from the sea, in a convenient location for walking to the beach. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, bed linen, towels and free street parking are available.Â
A €300 security deposit is required at check-in and returned at check-out according to the listing conditions.Â
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. A car is recommended for visiting Carovigno, Ostuni and the coast.
