The property includes a main lamia and an independent trullo, located just across the garden. The lamia features an equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, tableware and cooking utensils, an air-conditioned living area with dining table, fireplace and single sofa bed, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

The trullo offers a second cool and charming bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, a small kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower and bidet.

Outside, the shaded veranda, terrace, dining area, barbecue and traditional wood-fired oven are perfect for relaxed breakfasts, open-air dinners and evenings under the stars. The private 13 x 3 m saltwater pool is set among the olive trees and is ideal after a day at the beach or exploring nearby towns.

The location is convenient for Carovigno, Ostuni, the Adriatic beaches and the most beautiful destinations of the Itria Valley.

Guests have exclusive access to the lamia, the trullo, the private pool, garden, veranda, outdoor terrace, dining area, barbecue, wood-fired oven and private parking. The property is accessed through a manual gate directly from Provincial Road 29.

The host and co-host are available before and during the stay for arrival information, practical assistance, local tips and support when needed. The property offers privacy and independence, with host presence only when requested or necessary.

The house is located in the countryside, so a car is recommended to reach the town centre, beaches and main attractions. Pets are welcome, but the land is not fully fenced. 

Wi-Fi is available on the property, but not inside the trullo due to the thickness of the stone walls.
